Typical Roles & Responsibilities:

Barista: Creating the “Starbucks Experience” by preparing handcrafted beverages and food items to exact standards. This includes active customer engagement, maintaining a clean workspace, and processing transactions accurately.

Shift Supervisor: Leading the floor during a shift to ensure operational excellence. This includes delegating tasks, managing inventory and cash-handling procedures, and coaching baristas to maintain high service speed and quality.

Operational Tasks: Executing store opening and closing procedures, restocking supplies, and ensuring all equipment is calibrated and sanitized.
