Key Responsibilities

Beverage Craftsmanship: Prepare and serve perfectly blended, high-quality coffee and beverages.

Customer Service: Deliver first-class service and build positive relationships with workplace customers.

Operational Duties: Process payments, manage stock of clean mugs/plates, and maintain a pristine bar area.

Maintenance & Safety: Monitor brewing equipment performance, report maintenance needs, and ensure strict compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations.

Continuous Learning: Develop deep knowledge of brewing methods, beverage blends, and food presentation techniques.
Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in customer service and hands-on experience with professional brewing equipment is essential.
