Exceptional Service: Provide a welcoming experience that encourages customer loyalty and repeat visits.
High-Tech Craftsmanship: Work with industry-leading Eversys Cameo and Shot Master equipment to deliver consistent, high-quality coffee.
Operational Excellence: Manage par levels to minimize wastage, maintain strict food safety standards, and adhere to all brand “playbooks.”
Business Growth: Collaborate with Operations and marketing teams to drive store profitability, increase foot traffic, and build a neighborhood loyalist base.

Requirements

Hospitality Background: Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is essential.
Availability:
- Full-Time: 35 hours/week (4–5 days availability).
- Part-Time: 24 hours/week (3 days availability).
- Note: Both roles must include availability for 2 peak days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday). Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.
Personal Traits: Independent problem solver, comfortable with multitasking, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Compliance: Must be authorized to work in the UK.
