Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet patrons warmly, guide them through the menu, handle special requests, and provide an inviting atmosphere.

Barista Duties: Expertly prepare and serve a full range of espresso-based and specialty drinks, adhering strictly to recipe and presentation standards.

Food Handling: Prepare and serve light food options, including pastries, sandwiches, and salads, while strictly following health and safety protocols.

Equipment Care: Operate and maintain professional espresso machines, grinders, and brewers; ensure all equipment is in top working order.

Operational Duties: Process transactions accurately via the POS system, manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and perform routine cleaning of the café, seating areas, and restrooms.
