Core Responsibilities

Guest Service Excellence: Manage guest queries and orders in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner to ensure total satisfaction.
Menu Expertise: Maintain extensive knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
Beverage Service: Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in strict accordance with local licensing and liquor regulations (ProServe).
Station Readiness: Ensure mise-en-place is well-stocked at all floor stations to facilitate smooth service throughout the evening.
Quality Control: Verify that all food and beverage orders meet Hilton’s quality standards before they reach the guest.
Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation, while maintaining impeccable personal grooming and uniform standards.

Candidate Requirements
