Core Responsibilities

Lobby & Entrance Care: Maintain a flawless appearance in the lobby, entranceways, and high-traffic communal areas, ensuring floors are polished and glass surfaces are streak-free.
Sanitation & Hygiene: Regularly disinfect high-touch surfaces (elevators, door handles, railings) to meet modern health and safety standards.
Amenity Upkeep: Ensure public restrooms, fitness centers, and guest business centers are fully stocked and impeccably clean throughout the shift.
Meeting Room Reset: Assist in the cleaning and resetting of banquet and meeting rooms following corporate events or social gatherings.
Guest Interaction: Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and provide basic assistance or directions when requested.
Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues, such as burnt-out bulbs or carpet repairs, to the facilities department to ensure seamless operations.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in a commercial or hotel setting is preferred.
