Job Responsibilities

The Management Trainee is expected to master the technical and emotional aspects of luxury leadership:

Departmental Rotation: Moving through key functional areas—including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Finance, and Housekeeping—to understand the synergy required for 5-star operations.
