Job Responsibilities

The Coffee Ambassador facilitates a seamless and traditional welcome experience:

Traditional Welcome: Offering arriving guests the classic Emirati welcome kit: cold towels, premium dates, water, fresh juice, and authentic Arabic coffee (Gahwa).
Cultural Education: Acting as a bridge between the guest and local heritage by providing insightful information about UAE history, landmarks, and social customs.
Lobby Engagement: Proactively initiating polite conversations with guests in the lobby area to ensure they feel welcomed, comfortable, and attended to.
Product Preparation: Preparing Arabic coffee according to high-quality Al Majlis kitchen standards and ensuring towels and juices are chilled and presented perfectly.
Station Management: Maintaining the cleanliness and elegance of the coffee station, clearing used cups and towels promptly to keep the lobby pristine.
Inventory Coordination: Coordinating with the kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure a constant supply of fresh dates, coffee, and refreshments.
