Job Responsibilities

The Guest Room Attendant ensures that every guest room is a “shining” example of the Premier Inn standard:

  • Precision Cleaning: Executing a comprehensive cleaning routine for guest rooms, including bed making, bathroom sanitization, dusting, and vacuuming.

  • Public Area Maintenance: Ensuring lobbies, hallways, and common guest touchpoints are maintained to high hygiene standards throughout the day.

  • Safety Vigilance: Identifying and immediately reporting safety hazards, maintenance issues, or broken equipment to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

  • Amenity Management: Replenishing guest supplies and ensuring coffee/tea facilities are stocked and presented according to brand guidelines.

  • Chemical Safety: Adhering to strict COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) standards for the safe use and storage of cleaning agents.

  • Customer Interaction: Providing a warm and professional response to guest requests, embodying a “customer-focused” service culture.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: At least one year of experience in hotel housekeeping is required.
