Core Responsibilities

Vibrant Atmosphere Creation: Set the energy and “vibe” of the bar area, ensuring it remains the social center of the restaurant.
Expert Mixology: Craft a wide range of signature cocktails, classic drinks, and wine pours with precision, speed, and flair.
Guest Engagement: Build genuine connections with guests, anticipating their needs and providing personalized recommendations that elevate their dining experience.
Leadership & Mentorship: Serve as a role model for the bar team, providing guidance on service standards and technical skills to junior bartenders.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally within a high-volume bar or premium restaurant setting.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
Certifications: Valid Alberta ProServe certification is mandatory.
