Job Responsibilities

The Sales Executive is responsible for expanding the hotel’s international footprint through proactive outreach:

  • Market Intelligence: Researching and identifying new sales opportunities within the European leisure, corporate, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.

  • Client Relationship Management: Conducting face-to-face meetings with key travel partners, tour operators, and corporate bookers both locally in the UAE and across Europe.

  • Trade Show Representation: Representing the hotel brand at major European trade fairs (such as ITB Berlin or WTM London), managing exhibition stands, and conducting high-level presentations.

  • CRM Stewardship: Maintaining a robust pipeline of leads and activities within the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and follow-up.

  • Sales Strategy Execution: Working with the Director of Sales to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through targeted sales missions.

  • Reporting: Preparing comprehensive market feedback and sales reports using the MS Office suite to guide the Dubai management team on European market trends.

Candidate Requirements

  • Origin & Location: Must be an EU national currently residing in the UAE .

  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales-focused role, ideally within hospitality or luxury services.
