Core Responsibilities

• Environmental Maintenance: Clean guest rooms and public spaces to ensure the hotel’s appearance meets high-tier brand standards.

• Guest Support: Promptly deliver guest requests and items to rooms, ensuring a personalized and responsive service experience.

• Logistics & Prep: Stock and maintain housekeeping carts with necessary linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.

• Quality Assurance: Uphold strict quality and confidentiality standards, ensuring every room is “guest-ready” and consistent.

• Safety & Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and policies to maintain a secure workplace for both staff and guests.

Candidate Requirements

• Physical Capability: Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Mindset: A hands-on approach to work with a focus on doing “what needs to be done” to improve the guest experience.

• Reliability: Commitment to following company policies, procedures, and maintaining the confidentiality of proprietary information.

• Experience: While specific experience is not listed as a prerequisite, a background in hospitality or environmental services is considered an asset.
