Job Responsibilities

The Guest Room Care Specialist is responsible for the “flawless finish” of the hotel’s accommodations:

Room Transformation: Executing the full cleaning cycle for guest rooms, including bed making, dusting, vacuuming, and deep-cleaning bathrooms to brand standards.
Supply Management: Replenishing guest amenities (toiletries, coffee/tea, minibar) and ensuring linens are fresh and high-quality.
Equipment Care: Preparing and maintaining housekeeping carts and equipment, ensuring everything is organized for maximum efficiency.
Public Area Vigilance: Maintaining the cleanliness of corridors, elevators, and service areas to ensure a seamless “front-to-back” tidy environment.
Safety & Compliance: Adhering to strict chemical handling protocols and safety standards to prevent accidents and ensure a hazard-free guest stay.
Proactive Maintenance: Identifying and reporting any room damage or maintenance issues (leaks, burnt-out bulbs) to the Engineering department immediately.
