Core Responsibilities

Culinary Execution: Prepare and cook a wide range of hot and cold foods according to specific recipes, quality standards, and presentation checklists.

Logistics & Inventory: Manage thawing cycles, maintain detailed food logs, and inform the Executive Chef of excess items to be used in daily specials.

Service Coordination: Communicate out-of-stock items and daily specials to Food & Beverage service staff; request additional labor support during peak periods.

Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety, security, and sanitation policies; report maintenance needs and ensure all food is stored and handled per regulations.
Candidate Requirements

Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.

Experience: At least 3 years of related culinary experience in a professional, high-volume, or fine-dining kitchen.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand or walk for an entire shift; reach overhead and below the knees; and lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

Professionalism: Clear communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary recipes and information.
