Job Responsibilities

The Manager acts as the “Host of the House,” ensuring the lobby lounge and restaurant operate with seamless 5-star choreography:

  • Operational Leadership: Directing the daily flow of the Lobby Lounge and Restaurant, ensuring peak performance during high-traffic breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening service periods.

  • Team Management: Leading, training, and mentoring a diverse F&B team to deliver consistent, personalized service that exceeds guest expectations.

  • Service Standards: Upholding the hotel chain’s rigorous brand standards for presentation, service etiquette, and product quality.

  • Guest Relations: Personally engaging with guests, handling VIP arrivals, and resolving any service issues with speed and professional poise.
