Job Responsibilities

  • Occupancy Planning: Coordinating all room allocations and managing occupancy logistics for a rotating workforce.

  • Compliance & Safety: Enforcing rigorous health, safety, and hygiene standards in accordance with UAE residential regulations.

  • Tenant Relations: Professionally handling resident complaints and resolving maintenance or interpersonal issues promptly.
