Job Details & Responsibilities

Toddler Care & Development

  • Attentive Care: Prioritize the child’s safety and emotional well-being throughout the day.

  • Routine Management: Maintain consistent nap schedules and handle all diapering needs.

  • Educational Engagement: Lead age-appropriate play and learning activities tailored to a 2-year-old’s developmental milestones.

  • Nutrition: Prepare healthy meals for the child on designated days and ensure proper hydration and snack times.

  • Communication: Provide regular, detailed updates to both parents regarding the child’s daily routine, developmental progress, and any specific needs.

Household Maintenance

  • Sanitization: Clean and maintain bottles and feeding equipment.

  • Organization: Keep play areas tidy and ensure toys are organized and rotated as needed.

  • Nursery Upkeep: Perform light housekeeping tasks specifically related to the child’s daily environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience caring for toddlers (ages 1–3 years) in a professional or private home setting.

  • Health: Must be a strict non-smoker.

  • Attributes: Reliable, communicative, and energetic enough to keep up with an active toddler.

Salary, Schedule & Benefits

  • Estimated Average Salary: Based on a 48-hour work week (including 8 hours of overtime at time-and-a-half), gross weekly pay ranges from $884 to $1,040. This totals an estimated annual salary of $45,968 – $54,080.
