Understanding the Rota System
A Rota (rotation) system is commonly used in high-net-worth households to ensure 24/7 coverage or consistent support without exhausting individual staff.
This structure allows for a healthy work-life balance for the nanny while providing the family with predictable, high-quality childcare continuity.
Next Steps: If you meet the requirements for this high-level role, I recommend ensuring your CV highlights your experience with school-aged children and specific instances where you managed complex travel logistics.
This Rota Nanny position with Tiger Private is a premium opportunity for an experienced professional looking to work within a UHNW, fully staffed environment. The role requires a high degree of organizational skill and emotional intelligence to support children aged 8–16 across multiple locations.
