About the Role

We are a close-knit family of three located in Calgary, AB, seeking a reliable, highly organized Nanny to help us navigate the busiest parts of our day. With an energetic toddler (nearly four years old) and a sweet 10-month-old infant, managing the morning rush and the evening wind-down can be quite a juggling act for a single parent. We are looking for a supportive, proactive caregiver to step in and make these daily transitions smoother.

Whether you are looking for full-time hours or a structured part-time split shift, this role is all about teamwork. You will act as an essential extra set of hands to ensure the children are happy, fed, prepared for their day, and safely settled in at night.

Daily Responsibilities

Your daily schedule will focus on two primary operational windows:

• The Morning Rush: You will jump right in to help prepare a nutritious breakfast, feed the baby, and get our toddler dressed. Once everyone is ready, you will accompany me to ensure a smooth and timely daycare drop-off.

• The Evening Wind-Down: In the afternoons, you will assist with the daycare pickup process. Upon returning home, your focus will shift to preparing a healthy dinner, managing bath time, and helping the children decompress for the evening.

• Light Housework: Alongside your direct childcare duties, we ask for light, routine-related housekeeping. This includes cleaning up after meals, organizing the kids’ play areas, and helping keep the home tidy during the morning and evening rush hours.

Candidate Requirements
