Key Responsibilities

Process Standardization: Define and optimize standard welding parameters for heavy fabrications, encompassing both manual and automated (robotic/cobot) systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Associate’s degree in Welding Technology is required; a Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field with specialized welding education is highly preferred.

Technical Mastery: Proficient in GMAW (MIG) welding, robotics, and cobot applications within a heavy fabrication environment.

Certification: Ability to qualify and re-qualify personnel according to industry standards (AWS/ASME); additional certification as a Weld Trainer is a significant advantage.
