Job Summary: Shift Leader (Quality Brand Group)

Baskin-Robbins is hiring a Shift Leader for the Colorado Springs Region. In this role, you will be employed by Quality Brand Group LLC, one of the largest Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins franchisees in the West. As a Shift Leader, you are the “on-the-floor” manager responsible for directing crew members, ensuring operational excellence, and guaranteeing a high-quality guest experience. You act as a coach, motivator, and problem-solver, bridging the gap between the Crew and the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Assign crew positions, set shift expectations, and provide real-time coaching. You are responsible for “talking employees into, through, and out of position” to ensure seamless transitions.
