Job Summary: Shift Leader (Quality Brand Group)
Baskin-Robbins is hiring a Shift Leader for the Colorado Springs Region. In this role, you will be employed by Quality Brand Group LLC, one of the largest Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins franchisees in the West. As a Shift Leader, you are the “on-the-floor” manager responsible for directing crew members, ensuring operational excellence, and guaranteeing a high-quality guest experience. You act as a coach, motivator, and problem-solver, bridging the gap between the Crew and the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Assign crew positions, set shift expectations, and provide real-time coaching. You are responsible for “talking employees into, through, and out of position” to ensure seamless transitions.

Operational Excellence: Oversee product preparation to ensure it meets both Brand and Quality Brand Group standards. Drive a “sense of urgency” to satisfy guest needs and resolve issues quickly.

Financial & Safety Oversight: Monitor systems to control labor and food costs. Ensure all cash handling, food safety, and restaurant security policies are strictly followed.

Training Support: Assist the General Manager in training new Crew Members and holding the existing team accountable for performance and cleanliness.

Customer Focus: View guests as the highest priority, ensuring every visitor leaves highly satisfied. Resolve guest problems with urgency and professionalism.
Required Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Previous restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is preferred.
