Based in the Dubai Area Office in Internet City, interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton , supporting the MEA (Middle East & Africa) region. The program offers two distinct pathways: Procurement and Customer Engagement . Starting September 1, 2026 , this full-time role provides vast exposure to senior executives, data management, and international networking, making it an ideal launchpad for a career in hospitality supply chain and business management.


Key Responsibilities

Interns will balance departmental-specific tasks with core data and administrative support:

Procurement Pathway:

  • Supplier Performance: Evaluate supplier information and performance metrics across multiple data streams.

  • Systems Support: Assist in managing e-Procurement platforms and onboarding new suppliers.

  • Tender Management: Support the end-to-end tender process, from building activities to result analysis.

  • Responsible Sourcing: Track and report on initiatives related to ethical and sustainable procurement.

Customer Engagement Pathway:

  • Business Reviews: Assist in creating monthly and quarterly reviews for Hilton Supply Management (HSM) key customers.

  • Benchmarking: Conduct market research on pricing, product availability, and specifications.

  • Usage Analysis: Analyze data to identify underutilized product categories and recommend engagement strategies.

  • Account Tracking: Document progress against account-specific goals for customer-facing discussions.

Common Core Activities:

  • Data Management: Gather and evaluate data from various sources to resolve inquiries and maintain contract systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Standing: Must have graduated (or be due to graduate) between February 2025 and August 2026 . A degree in Hospitality or Business Management is preferred.

  • Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work full-time in the UAE without company sponsorship .

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong Excel and reporting skills; proficient in PowerPoint. Experience with Birchstreet is a significant advantage.
