Job Description

As a Ramp Service Agent, you will perform “below-wing” operations to ensure the safe and timely departure of aircraft. Your duties include loading and unloading baggage and cargo, marshalling planes, and operating ground service equipment. You will work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, prioritizing safety and efficiency to maintain Alaska Airlines’ high standards of guest service.
