The Role: Beverage Artistry & Operations

As a Barista, you are the architect of our menu. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages that look as good as they taste while ensuring the shop runs like a well-oiled machine.

Key Responsibilities:

Drink Precision: Prepare a wide variety of bubble teas, including fruit teas, milk teas, and specialty toppings, strictly following established recipes and quality standards.
Station Ownership: Maintain a pristine barista station. This includes prepping fresh ingredients (like cutting fruits) and deep-cleaning equipment throughout the shift.
Customer Connection: Act as a brand ambassador by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and offering expert recommendations.
Inventory & Safety: Assist in managing stock levels and ensuring all ingredients are stored properly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment.
Leadership Support: Handle cash transactions efficiently and assist in training new team members on drink preparation and operational flow.

What You’ll Need

We are looking for a proactive individual who can balance the technical side of drink-making with the social side of retail.

Qualifications:

Experience: Prior experience in retail, food service, or hospitality management is required.
Leadership: Strong decision-making skills and the ability to guide a team during busy rushes.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a “customer-first” mentality.
Flexibility: Availability to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical & Essential Requirements

To be successful in this fast-paced, high-energy environment, you must be able to meet the following physical demands:

Stamina: Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
Strength: Lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds (e.g., bags of sugar, tea containers).
Dexterity: Perform repetitive hand and wrist movements (shaking, pouring, and sealing drinks).
Environment: Thrive in a loud, high-energy workspace with fluctuating temperatures.
