Your Role & Responsibilities:

Represent the Brand: Act as the first point of connection for our guests from the moment you step behind the bar.
Commit to Craft: Stay up-to-speed on our evolving coffee offerings through regular tastings and briefings from store leadership.
Operate as One Unit: Fully support store needs by collaborating seamlessly with your teammates.
Deliver Excellence: Provide “impeccable hospitality” to both guests and fellow staff members.
