Your Mission: Craft, Serve, and Connect

In this role, you aren’t just making coffee—you’re managing a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Beverage Mastery: Prepare and serve coffees, teas, and specialty beverages that meet our rigorous brand standards.

  • Culinary Support: Assist with food preparation and serve items in line with location standards.

  • Financial Accuracy: Operate POS systems, handle cash/credit transactions, and balance your cash drawer with precision.

  • Station Ownership: Set up and break down coffee bars, ensuring all work areas are cleaned, sanitized, and fully stocked with grab-and-go items and condiments.

  • Safety First: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a secure environment for guests and teammates.


Who We Are Looking For

We want energetic individuals who can work independently and take pride in their craft.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, or as a barista is preferred.

  • Skills: Basic math and counting skills are required to manage transactions.

  • Communication: Ability to read and follow recipes and communicate effectively in English.

  • Compliance: Willingness to follow the assigned dress code and complete Food Handling Certification as required.

  • Physical Stamina: Able to handle the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing.
