Your Daily Grind

• Technical Mastery: Dial into the espresso machine daily to ensure flavor profiles are hitting the mark. Prepare a range of beverages including teas, custom orders, and house-made cold brew.

• Artistic Execution: Use your skills in milk texturing to deliver high-quality latte art that delights our guests.

• Hospitality First: Engage with a diverse clientele, offering thoughtful recommendations and taking orders with accuracy and a friendly demeanor.

• Seamless Transactions: Efficiently navigate Aloha POS systems (or similar) to process payments and manage cash with precision.

• Operational Integrity: Maintain a pristine workstation and strictly follow food safety guidelines to ensure a safe, organized, and inviting environment.

• Strategic Support: Assist with inventory monitoring (beans, syrups, supplies) and collaborate with the team to keep the café running smoothly during peak hours.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have a solid background as a Barista and are comfortable jumping straight into a high-performance environment.

• Technically Proficient: You know your way around an espresso machine, understand the variables of a great shot, and can consistently produce cold brew and latte art.

• A People Person: You possess strong communication skills and have a natural knack for customer service.

• Detail-Oriented: You have a basic grasp of retail math for inventory and cash handling, and you never sacrifice quality for speed.

• Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced settings and are eager to stay updated on the latest coffee trends and brewing methods.
