Your Role & Responsibilities

You’ll wear many hats, ensuring our store runs smoothly while delivering the “Starbucks Experience” to every customer.

• Crafting Quality: Prepare handcrafted beverages and food to standard or customized recipes (adjusting temperature, ingredients, and substitutions as requested).

• Customer Engagement: Discover and respond to customer needs through clear, pleasant, and proactive communication.

• Operational Excellence: Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety, and security. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with your fellow partners to manage tasks throughout your shift and maintain a positive store environment.

• Reliability: Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality to support your team and our customers.
