Your Daily Mix

As a core member of our service team, your responsibilities include:

Masterful Preparation: Craft a wide array of bubble tea drinks, including milk teas, fruit infusions, and specialty toppings, strictly following our artisanal recipes and quality standards.
Precision & Quality: Ensure every drink has the perfect proportions of tea, milk, and fresh ingredients. You’ll be responsible for prepping fresh fruits and ensuring our tapioca pearls are always at peak texture.
Guest Connection: Act as the face of the brand by greeting customers with a smile, taking orders efficiently, and providing expert recommendations on seasonal specials and toppings.
Operational Excellence: Maintain a spotless barista station. You’ll manage cash transactions, assist with inventory restocking, and ensure all equipment is cleaned and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
Leadership & Support: Help onboard and train new team members on our secret recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure the team succeeds together.

Physical & Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to:

Stay Active: Stand and move for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Handle Prep: Lift and carry supplies up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive hand/wrist motions for drink assembly (shaking, scooping, and sealing).
Adapt: Work comfortably in a loud environment with fluctuating temperatures.
Communicate: Speak clearly and professionally with both guests and colleagues.
