The Experience: Crafting the Flagship Standard

As a Main Bar Barista, you set the tone for every patron who walks through our doors. You will guide guests through an open layout of distinctive brewing methods and exclusive merchandise, ensuring they leave with a deeper appreciation for the complexities of coffee.

Your Responsibilities:

Coffee & Food Expert: Serve as a brand ambassador with deep knowledge of ingredients, builds, and flavor profiles for both our Reserve® Kitchen and coffee menus.
Premium Service: Anticipate customer cues and deliver a full-service model that feels personalized, welcoming, and seamless.
Master of Operations: Execute complex recipes with style and consistency, even during high-volume periods, while maintaining a spotless and organized workspace.
Sales & Engagement: Leverage your expertise to suggest perfect food and coffee pairings and perform equipment demonstrations.
Culinary Support: Participate in inventory management and the preparation of food items, including the proofing of various doughs and laminates.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking curious, high-energy individuals who thrive in “ambiguous” situations and have an obsession with the details of hospitality.

Requirements:

Industry Experience: A background in service, culinary, restaurant, or entertainment (bar, theater, specialty retail, etc.).
Technical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift 35 lbs consistently, and handle physical tasks like bending, squatting, and reaching.
Mental Agility: Ability to memorize complex menus and ingredients with rapid innovation turnarounds.
Communication: Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English.
Flexibility: Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

1–2 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Baking or Culinary Certification/Degree; experience with pizza making or knife skills.
Ability to carry and balance a tray with grace.
