Job Duties

• Customer Engagement: Actively seek out and connect with customers to drive sales through suggestive selling and personalized wardrobing.

• Brand Loyalty: Promote and educate customers on loyalty programs to build long-term relationships and repeat business.

• Omni-Channel Integration: Enhance the shopping experience by utilizing all available omni-channel offerings (e.g., buy online, pick up in-store).

• Department Support: Rotate through various work centers, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash wrap (registers), and back of house as needed.

• Operational Excellence: Execute store processes efficiently, including processing returns, replenishing stock, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

• Goal Achievement: Maintain accountability for personal sales and service goals that contribute to the store’s overall success.

• Professionalism: Handle all customer interactions and potential issues with a courteous and professional demeanor.
