Floor Security Assistant – NYC (East Village)

Job Duties

• Surveillance & Presence: Provide a strong, unarmed security presence on the sales floor to deter loss and ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

• Loss Prevention: Utilize floor surveillance techniques to identify and prevent theft or suspicious activity in a high-volume retail setting.

• Customer Service: Deliver “top-notch” service by greeting customers and assisting with inquiries, ensuring security measures don’t compromise a welcoming atmosphere.

• Floor Maintenance: Keep the sales floor clean, tidy, and free of hazards to support both safety and store aesthetics.

• Collaborative Safety: Work as part of a team to communicate security concerns and maintain a productive, high-energy work environment.

• Special Projects: Assist with various store initiatives and security-related tasks as assigned by management.
