Job Duties

  • Execute all efforts required to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and store targets.

  • Assist in clientele generation by engaging customers to build long-term, loyal relationships.

  • Deliver an elevated client experience by acting as a brand ambassador and sharing stories focused on sustainability.

  • Engage customers using in-store technology to create a unique and seamless interaction with the brand.

  • Maintain high customer service scores and positive feedback as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) evaluations.

  • Ensure the selling floor reflects brand and concept standards through consistent organization and accessibility.

  • Communicate specific product and merchandising feedback to management based on direct customer interactions.

  • Support inventory accuracy and controls to maintain a healthy and productive retail environment.

  • Contribute to loss prevention efforts across all areas of the business to protect store assets.

  • Share deep product knowledge with genuine enthusiasm to educate, inform, and inspire customers.

  • Uphold the company time and attendance policy to ensure consistent operational coverage.

  • Foster an inclusive culture where every voice is valued and the brand’s core values are reflected in daily tasks.

  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced retail setting with a focus on excellence and innovation.

  • Embody brand values by educating customers on sustainable fashion practices and eco-fabrics.

  • Utilize retail technology concepts to enhance the physical store experience for the customer.

  • Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week and a minimum of 3 days per week.

  • Adhere to all professional, healthy, and productive work environment standards.


Qualifications

  • Possess experience working within a sales, retail, or operationally intensive organization.

  • Maintain a high level of comfort with technology-driven customer service platforms.

  • Demonstrate a proven interest in sustainability and the lifestyle brand sector.
