Customer Service – Entry Level Management

Job Duties

• Participate in ongoing market planning sessions to develop new opportunities for top-tier clients.

• Execute professional advertising campaigns designed to increase brand awareness in the New York area.

• Attract new customers and expose client products to new tiers of distribution through direct engagement.

• Provide exceptional and distinctive customer service during all promotional events and demonstrations.

• Assist with the physical setup and breakdown of event marketing materials and displays.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure the successful delivery of outsourced marketing strategies.

• Travel to regional branch offices for specialized training and cross-office development sessions.

• Manage both unsupervised solo assignments and collaborative team projects to meet client goals.

• Maintain a professional image while representing the firm and its clients to the public.

• Deliver persuasive product demonstrations to build brand recognition and drive sales results.
