Job Duties

Partner with Global Media, Media Analytics, and Engineering teams to translate business goals into technical and tooling requirements.

Own the intake, scoping, prioritization, and solution design for media signals initiatives.

Act as a strategic consultant during the pre-campaign planning phase to ensure technical feasibility.

Define clear business and functional requirements for signals development and hand off specifications to engineering.

Evaluate and recommend the adoption of new capabilities, pilots, and partner solutions to improve digital data maturity.

Establish governance and operating models to ensure data quality and consistency from source events to downstream measurement.

Identify potential data quality or performance issues and lead troubleshooting efforts.

Ensure all data feeds and marketing campaign use cases remain privacy-safe and policy-compliant.

Guide stakeholder teams on technical logic by translating complex concepts into practical business applications.
Requirements
-
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the advertising technology landscape including pixels, conversion APIs, and MMPs.

Apply strong knowledge of data concepts and common querying languages such as SQL.

Translate business and marketing needs into clear functional requirements and scalable technical solutions.

Manage cross-functional projects effectively within a client-facing environment.

Balance strategic vision with operational execution and technical governance.

Communicate complex technical delivery progress to product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders.

Operate at the intersection of business outcomes and technical delivery to enable marketing campaign use cases.
Qualifications
-
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, product development, or equivalent experience.

Possess 4 or more years of experience in engineering, technical program management, or data analysis.

Maintain 2 or more years of experience specifically managing cross-functional and cross-team projects.

Offer 5 or more years of preferred experience in advertising technology, marketing technology, or digital platform enablement.
