Job Duties


  • Manage the day-to-day execution of paid search and paid social campaigns to achieve specific acquisition and efficiency targets.

  • Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and creative elements to improve conversion rates.

  • Monitor daily spend and performance fluctuations across digital platforms to ensure budget adherence and ROI.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing assets based on data-driven insights and historical trends.

  • Generate weekly performance reports that translate raw data into actionable summaries for the senior management team.

  • Research and implement new audience targeting strategies to expand reach within the US market.

  • Assist in the management of affiliate marketing programs and influencer partnerships to diversify acquisition channels.

  • Maintain the accuracy of tracking parameters and pixels to ensure data integrity across all reporting tools.

  • Identify underperforming campaigns and execute rapid pivot strategies to mitigate wasted spend.

  • Coordinate with the web development team to optimize the post-click experience and user journey.


Requirements


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Demonstrate professional experience managing paid media campaigns within an agency or in-house environment.

  • Show proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4.

  • Exhibit strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and performance forecasting.

  • Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilize pivot tables and VLOOKUPs for data analysis.

  • Manage multiple project streams simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Communicate complex performance metrics clearly in both written and verbal formats.

  • Work effectively as a full-time team member in the New York, NY office.

  • Display a proactive attitude toward learning new marketing technologies and platform updates.

  • Apply a results-oriented mindset to meet and exceed monthly growth objectives.
