Job Duties


  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns to drive high-volume customer acquisition for Factor US.

  • Optimize multi-channel media spend across paid social, search, and affiliate networks to meet aggressive growth targets.

  • Manage the end-to-end testing roadmap, including creative iterations, landing page optimizations, and audience segmentation.

  • Analyze complex cohort data and attribution models to determine the lifetime value and return on ad spend for specific segments.

  • Collaborate with the data science team to refine tracking capabilities and improve the accuracy of performance forecasting.

  • Partner with the creative department to brief and develop high-converting assets based on real-time performance insights.

  • Negotiate and manage relationships with external media agencies and platform partners to secure premium inventory and beta access.

  • Report weekly and monthly growth metrics to executive leadership, highlighting key drivers of success and potential risks.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor tactics within the meal-delivery space to maintain a competitive advantage in the US market.

  • Mentor junior analysts to build a data-driven culture and improve the team’s technical execution capabilities.


Requirements


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.

  • Demonstrate significant experience in performance marketing or growth marketing, specifically within a D2C or subscription business.

  • Show an expert-level command of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and modern attribution software.

  • Exhibit a deep understanding of the US meal-kit or food-tech landscape and its specific consumer acquisition challenges.

  • Possess advanced analytical skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets to uncover actionable insights.

  • Manage significant monthly advertising budgets with a high degree of accountability and precision.

  • Communicate technical performance data clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior management.

  • Apply a rigorous, hypothesis-driven approach to A/B testing and experimentation.

  • Work effectively in a high-growth, fast-paced environment based in the New York, NY office.

  • Display a proactive mindset toward solving complex marketing attribution and scalability problems.
