Job Duties


  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing campaigns that integrate digital, social, print, and experiential channels.

  • Lead the campaign briefing process by defining clear objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators.

  • Manage the end-to-end production timeline to ensure all campaign assets are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate with creative, media, and product teams to ensure a unified brand message across all consumer touchpoints.

  • Optimize paid media performance through continuous analysis of conversion data and audience engagement metrics.

  • Oversee the distribution of marketing collateral to regional teams and external partners for local execution.

  • Direct external agencies and vendors to ensure creative output meets high quality and brand standards.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor campaigns to identify opportunities for innovative marketing tactics.

  • Present post-campaign analysis reports to leadership to highlight successes and areas for future improvement.

  • Maintain a centralized campaign calendar to manage cross-departmental visibility and resource allocation.


Requirements


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related business field.

  • Demonstrate significant experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns within a corporate or agency environment.

  • Show proficiency in using project management tools and marketing automation platforms.

  • Exhibit a deep understanding of the customer journey and how to influence behavior at every stage.

  • Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced New York office setting.

  • Display exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Understand the technical nuances of various media channels including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.

  • Apply a meticulous attention to detail during the creative review and production phases.

  • Work full-time in the New York, NY office with the capacity to adapt to evolving business needs.
