Job Duties

Assist in the creation and scheduling of daily content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X.

Monitor social media channels for trending topics and relevant cultural conversations to inform real-time content.

Support the marketing team in the execution of influencer outreach and community management initiatives.

Draft engaging captions and short-form copy for various digital marketing materials and newsletters.

Conduct research on competitor social media strategies and emerging digital marketing tools.

Organize and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring all creative files are correctly tagged and accessible.

Help track and report on weekly social media engagement metrics and audience growth.

Provide creative input during team brainstorming sessions for upcoming brand campaigns and events.

Assist with the logistical coordination of photoshoots and local marketing activations in New York.

Perform administrative tasks to support the broader marketing department as needed.
Requirements

Pursue a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field of study.

Demonstrate a deep personal or professional understanding of current social media platforms and algorithms.

Show proficiency in basic content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or CapCut.

Exhibit strong written communication skills with a keen eye for grammar and brand voice.

Manage multiple small-scale tasks effectively while adhering to a content calendar.

Display a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn within a fast-paced professional environment.

Collaborate effectively with team members in both in-person and virtual settings.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail when proofreading and scheduling posts.

Reside in or near New York, NY for the duration of the internship period.
