Job Duties


  • Develop the overarching marketing strategy for new product launches and physical brand experiences within the New York market.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle from initial conceptualization to post-launch analysis.

  • Design immersive consumer experiences that bridge the gap between digital marketing and physical retail environments.

  • Manage high-level relationships with internal product developers and external creative agencies to ensure brand alignment.

  • Allocate and oversee significant project budgets to maximize impact across diverse marketing workstreams.

  • Analyze complex consumer data sets to refine product positioning and enhance the overall customer journey.

  • Present strategic marketing roadmaps and performance results to executive leadership on a quarterly basis.

  • Mentor a team of marketing specialists to drive professional growth and operational excellence.

  • Establish rigorous testing frameworks to measure the effectiveness of experiential activations and product messaging.

  • Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with vendors and strategic event partners.


Requirements


  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field of study.

  • Demonstrate extensive experience in product marketing or experiential brand management.

  • Show a proven track record of successfully launching consumer products in competitive urban markets.

  • Exhibit sophisticated leadership skills with the ability to manage multifaceted teams and high-stakes projects.

  • Possess deep expertise in modern marketing technologies and data analytics platforms.

  • Display exceptional communication and negotiation skills at an executive level.

  • Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously within a fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Apply creative problem-solving skills to overcome logistical challenges in physical brand activations.

  • Maintain a strong professional network within the New York marketing and events industry.

  • Work full-time from the New York, NY office while accepting the specified salary range.
