Job Duties


  • Lead the strategic development and market positioning for new product launches and experiential initiatives.

  • Oversee the end-to-end customer journey to ensure a seamless transition between digital discovery and physical experience.

  • Manage high-level relationships with cross-functional partners in product development, retail, and creative services.

  • Direct the creative briefing process to ensure all campaign assets align with overarching brand objectives.

  • Analyze complex market data and consumer feedback to refine product value propositions.

  • Control departmental budgets to maximize return on investment across diverse marketing channels.

  • Mentor a team of marketing professionals to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

  • Present comprehensive strategy decks and performance reports to executive leadership on a quarterly basis.


Requirements


  • Demonstrate at least eight years of progressive experience in product marketing or experiential brand management.

  • Evidence a successful track record of launching consumer products within the North American market.

  • Exhibit exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Show advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and performance marketing software.

  • Communicate sophisticated strategic concepts with clarity and influence at the stakeholder level.

  • Navigate fast-moving project environments with a solution-oriented and decisive mindset.

  • Hold a master’s degree in business administration or a related field of study.

  • Master the art of balancing creative vision with rigorous commercial and financial accountability.
