Job Duties

Lead the strategic development and market positioning for new product launches and experiential initiatives.

Oversee the end-to-end customer journey to ensure a seamless transition between digital discovery and physical experience.

Requirements

Demonstrate at least eight years of progressive experience in product marketing or experiential brand management.

Evidence a successful track record of launching consumer products within the North American market.

Exhibit exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop multi-disciplinary teams.

Show advanced proficiency in data analytics tools and performance marketing software.

Communicate sophisticated strategic concepts with clarity and influence at the stakeholder level.

Navigate fast-moving project environments with a solution-oriented and decisive mindset.

Hold a master’s degree in business administration or a related field of study.

Master the art of balancing creative vision with rigorous commercial and financial accountability.
