Job Duties


  • Develop and execute lifecycle messaging campaigns across email, SMS, and push notification channels.

  • Draft compelling, brand-aligned copy tailored to specific customer segments and behaviors.

  • Build automated workflows within the marketing technology stack to drive user retention and engagement.

  • Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of individual campaigns and broader messaging strategies.

  • Conduct regular A/B testing on subject lines, creative assets, and delivery timing to optimize conversion rates.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all visual assets meet brand guidelines and technical requirements.

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for personalized communication.

  • Report on channel health and performance metrics to stakeholders on a weekly basis.


Requirements


  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related professional field.

  • Show a minimum of three years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on CRM or messaging.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in using enterprise-level marketing automation platforms and ESPs.

  • Write clear, persuasive marketing copy that adheres to strict brand voice guidelines.

  • Interpret complex data sets to make informed decisions regarding campaign strategy.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting rigorous deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exhibit a strong understanding of HTML and CSS as they relate to email template design.

  • Understand current privacy regulations and best practices for consumer messaging.
