Job Duties

  • Define the overarching brand vision and long-term strategic positioning to drive market share growth and consumer resonance.

  • Architect integrated marketing roadmaps that align brand storytelling with commercial objectives across digital, social, and traditional channels.

  • Oversee the annual brand marketing budget to ensure disciplined spending and high-impact return on investment for all initiatives.

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of major brand campaigns, from initial creative brief to post-launch performance analysis.

  • Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure a cohesive brand identity is maintained across all physical and digital touchpoints.

  • Utilize advanced consumer insights and market segmentation data to identify and capture new audience opportunities.

  • Manage high-level relationships with global creative agencies and strategic partners to deliver world-class marketing assets.

  • Serve as the primary brand guardian by establishing and enforcing rigorous visual and verbal identity standards across the organization.

  • Report on brand health metrics and campaign effectiveness to executive leadership, providing actionable recommendations for strategic pivots.

  • Mentor and scale a high-performing marketing department, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and creative excellence.


Requirements

  • Demonstrate extensive leadership experience in brand management or marketing strategy, ideally within a high-growth or premium consumer sector.

  • Exhibit a proven track record of building and scaling recognizable brands in a highly competitive global marketplace.

  • Show expert-level proficiency in managing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns with significant annual budgets.

  • Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives and board-level stakeholders.

  • Apply a data-driven approach to creative decision-making, utilizing both qualitative and quantitative research.

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • Display a deep understanding of the New York media landscape and global cultural trends that impact consumer behavior.

  • Evidence a strong ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and lead diverse teams under tight deadlines.

  • Operate with high strategic agility to navigate evolving market conditions and technological disruptions.

  • Reside in the New York metropolitan area to facilitate full-time, on-site leadership and property-level oversight.
