Job Duties

  • Develop and execute the overarching brand marketing strategy for Fox Entertainment to drive advertising revenue across linear and digital platforms.

  • Create compelling B2B marketing narratives that showcase the value of Fox’s entertainment portfolio to media agencies and blue-chip advertisers.

  • Lead the design and production of high-impact sales collateral, including Upfront presentations, sizzle reels, and category-specific pitch decks.

  • Collaborate with the research team to translate viewership data and consumer insights into persuasive marketing arguments for ad sales teams.

  • Oversee the strategic planning of industry events, advertiser summits, and experiential activations that strengthen client relationships.

  • Manage the cross-platform brand identity of Fox Entertainment within the trade marketplace to ensure a consistent and premium market position.

  • Partner with content creators and showrunners to develop integrated co-marketing opportunities and custom branded content solutions for advertisers.

  • Direct the allocation of the ad sales marketing budget to ensure maximum visibility within key industry trade publications and digital forums.

  • Supervise the performance of external creative agencies and internal design teams to deliver world-class B2B marketing assets.

  • Present long-term strategic marketing roadmaps to senior executive leadership that align with evolving ad tech and streaming trends.


Requirements

  • Demonstrate extensive experience in brand marketing or strategic planning within the media, broadcast, or entertainment industry.

  • Exhibit a deep understanding of the US advertising sales landscape and the specific needs of media buyers and planners.

  • Show a proven track record of creating successful B2B marketing campaigns that directly impact multi-million dollar revenue goals.

  • Possess expert-level communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex media concepts into engaging narratives.

  • Apply strong leadership capabilities to manage high-performing teams and navigate a complex, fast-paced corporate environment.

  • Maintain a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Display a high level of technical proficiency in presentation software and a working knowledge of ad tech and streaming metrics.

  • Execute strategic projects with a high degree of autonomy while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

  • Utilize a sophisticated creative eye to ensure all B2B marketing materials reflect the high production standards of the Fox brand.

  • Reside in the New York metropolitan area for full-time leadership and regular interaction with key agency partners.
