Job Duties

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end marketing strategy for high-priority product launches and unique consumer experiences.

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop integrated go-to-market plans that drive user acquisition and long-term brand loyalty.

  • Design experiential marketing activations that translate digital brand values into physical consumer touchpoints in the New York market.

  • Manage high-level marketing budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation across premium media and production channels.

  • Analyze complex consumer data to refine product positioning and identify untapped market opportunities.

  • Oversee the creative development of multi-channel assets including video, social media content, and high-production event graphics.

  • Foster strategic partnerships with external brands and influencers to amplify the reach of exclusive product experiences.

  • Present comprehensive campaign performance audits to executive leadership that highlight return on investment and strategic pivots.

  • Coordinate with product engineering and design teams to ensure marketing narratives reflect technical product innovations.

  • Direct external agency partners in the execution of large-scale brand stunts and immersive consumer pop-ups.


Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred.

  • Demonstrate extensive experience in senior marketing leadership roles, specifically focused on product lifecycle and experiential strategy.

  • Exhibit a proven track record of delivering successful large-scale campaigns in a highly competitive urban environment.

  • Show expert-level project management skills with the ability to lead multiple high-stakes initiatives simultaneously.

  • Apply advanced analytical capabilities to interpret market trends and consumer behavior into actionable growth strategies.

  • Communicate with executive-level presence when presenting to stakeholders, partners, and media.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the current digital landscape and emerging trends in experiential technology.

  • Display exceptional creative judgment and the ability to maintain brand integrity across diverse platforms.

  • Manage internal and external teams with a focus on high-performance results and professional development.

  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to New York for full-time, on-site strategic and event leadership.
