We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized “Super Nanny” or Household Manager to support our bustling family of seven. With five children spanning from infancy to middle school, including children with special needs and multiples, this role requires a professional who is exceptionally patient, adaptable, and capable of managing a variety of developmental stages simultaneously. We are seeking a true partner who can pivot from infant care and toilet training to middle-school homework help and driving kids to activities.

Core Requirements and Experience

• Expertise Required: Proven experience with multiples and special needs is essential for this role.

• Child Profile: Five children ranging from infant to middle school age.

• Household Dynamics: Must be comfortable with pets and able to manage a high-energy, multi-child environment.

• Schedule: High flexibility needed; coverage includes weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

• Transportation: Driving the kids to school, activities, and appointments is a key responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Academic Support: Leading a learning pod, providing tutoring, and assisting with homework for school-aged children.

• Early Childhood: Managing infant routines, feeding, and toilet training for the younger children.

• Daily Operations: Preparing snacks/meals, running errands, and handling light laundry and housekeeping to keep the home running smoothly.

• Full-Cycle Care: Providing sick care when needed and managing the evening transition/bedtime routines.

• Collaborative Care: Experience or interest in Nanny Shares or Learning Pods is a plus.
