Dessert Finisher & Barista | The Cheesecake Factory
Pay Range: $15.15 – $16.50 per hour

At The Cheesecake Factory, the bakery case is the star of the show. As a Dessert Finisher/Barista, you are the artist behind the glass. You’ll be responsible for taking our world-famous cheesecakes and turning them into plated masterpieces with perfect whipped cream dollops and glazed strawberries. When you aren’t perfecting desserts, you’ll be crafting premium espresso drinks in a high-energy, high-volume environment where quality is everything.
Your Role: Crafting the “Wow” Moment
You are the bridge between the kitchen and the guest’s final course. Your precision ensures that every dessert looks exactly like the iconic photos our guests love.

Dessert Artistry: Plate, glaze, and garnish desserts with obsessive attention to detail.

Espresso Mastery: Operate professional espresso machines to steam milk and pull shots for specialty coffee beverages.

Operational Flow: Manage “Station Setup” and “Breakdown,” ensuring all ingredients are stocked and ready for the rush.

Safety & Standards: Maintain a spotless workspace using FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation and strict food safety protocols, especially concerning allergens.

Team Synergy: Communicate clearly with front-of-house staff to ensure dessert orders are out quickly and accurately.
