You’ll provide high-quality service to members in a clean, professional, and high-energy environment, ensuring that every cocktail is crafted to perfection and every guest interaction is seamless.


Your Role: Craft & Connection

You are responsible for the flow of the bar, from the first pour to the final reconciliation.

  • Mixology Excellence: Follow precise recipes to prepare cocktails, beer, and wine, ensuring every drink is garnished and presented according to brand standards.

  • Guest Interaction: Engage with members, answer menu questions, and process payments while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

  • Operational Maintenance: Keep the bar pristine. This includes cleaning surfaces, returning used dishware, and ensuring all equipment is sanitized.

  • Inventory & Logistics: Stay ahead of the rush by re-stocking liquors, non-alcoholic ingredients, and replacing beer barrels.

  • Safety & Compliance: Strictly follow alcohol serving laws, check identifications, and maintain a safe environment.


What You’ll Need

  • Professional Foundation: High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of proven bartending experience.

  • Certifications: Must be certified to serve alcohol in Arizona (Title 4) and obtain CPR/AED certification within the first 30 days of hire.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and repetitively bend or lift 20+ lbs (essential for changing kegs and stocking).

  • Skills: Strong communication, cash handling, and the ability to work in a fast-paced “stationary yet mobile” environment.

  • Preferred: Experience with inventory management and ordering is a major plus.
