The Farm Kitchen is a beloved, high-volume lunch destination nestled in the scenic groves of The Farm at South Mountain. We specialize in casual, fresh-air dining and a fast-paced “picnic” style atmosphere. Because we are currently on summer break, we are looking to build our “A-Team” this August to hit the ground running for our grand re-opening in September.

Choose Your Path

We have openings in both the “Front” and “Back” of the house. No matter the role, a friendly, upbeat attitude is a non-negotiable requirement.

• Counter Help (Front of House): You are the face of the restaurant. You’ll be greeting guests, taking orders, managing the register, and ensuring the picnic-style service runs smoothly.

• Kitchen Prep (Back of House): You are the engine of the kitchen. You’ll be prepping fresh ingredients, assembling our signature sandwiches and salads, and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

What We Are Looking For

• Weekend Warriors: Our busiest and most beautiful days are Saturday and Sunday. Weekend availability is required.

• Pace: You should thrive in a fast-paced environment where the line can stay long but the service stays high-quality.

• Reliability: We count on our team to show up on time and ready to provide a great experience for our guests.

• Vibe: Friendly and upbeat personalities only! We pride ourselves on the positive energy of our staff.
