Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Friday & Saturday | 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Part-Time)

Delta Security Services is looking for a professional, sharp, and composed Unarmed Security Guard to join our team at one of the area’s high-energy nightclubs. This isn’t just about “standing post”—it’s about being the gatekeeper of a safe, vibrant environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests and the primary protector of the venue’s staff and patrons.

Your Role: The First Line of Defense

In a nightclub setting, security is about balance—being approachable yet firm. Your nightly duties include:

• The Entry Check: Conducting thorough searches to keep weapons and contraband out while verifying that every patron is 21+ with a valid ID.

• Atmosphere Management: Monitoring the floor for suspicious activity and staying alert to the “vibe” of the crowd to prevent issues before they start.

• Situation De-escalation: Handling intoxicated or disorderly individuals with a calm, professional demeanor. You’ll resolve conflicts safely and coordinate with law enforcement only when absolutely necessary.

• Proactive Patrols: Maintaining visibility inside and outside the venue to discourage disturbances.

• Seamless Teamwork: Staying in constant communication with fellow guards and management to handle emergencies or busy rushes.

What You’ll Need

• Licensing: A valid Arizona Unarmed Security Guard License is required.

• The Basics: At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.

• Physicality: Ability to stand for the duration of a 5-hour shift and move quickly if an incident occurs.

• Reliability: You must have your own transportation to the Bell Road location.

• Temperament: The ability to stay cool under pressure is your most important asset in a loud, fast-paced club environment.
